What is the camera model and where did you purchase the data from? You can try defaulting the camera in it's menu and see if that helps.

If you are getting file not found, chances are that you either didn’t save the file to the SD card or you saved the file multiple times so the file doesn’t have the correct name.

Try the hello test in the camera menu, it's under diagnostics. Where did you purchase the data?

Also, while the camera is in setup, about every min or two it will reset. its like you flip the switch to off then back on and goes through the startup screens again.

That could be low battery or a bad SD card. Did you get the purchase email and the activation email?

Are the battery terminals corded at all? Make sure the SD cards are 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and full sized cards, not a micro in an adapter. You should also format the card in the camera.

I check all those boxes. Im doing a long format now to see if that might fix it. it will probably take about 15 min or so to complete.

Check the antenna and maybe try it outside. Was it working for your friend? Have you purchased at least one premium credit from Spartan?

I purchased a data plan. what is a premium credit?

If you get your data from one of the carriers directly you need credits to use the app and all the premium features. If you are using the Spartan Data plans then they are included in the bundled data plan.

Did you figure out a solution to the problem? I have a camera doing the exact same thing. I've tried all the same things you did with the same results. I'm stumped now.

    Carl,

Please start your own thread so we can troubleshoot your problem without confusing it with Spencer's problem.

Please post a screen shot of the status report from the app, from the battery/signal indicator all the way down through the SD card info. Also make sure to let us know what model camera it is and whether it's been working and just started not connecting to the network.
