Receiving notifications but there are no new pics showing on app

I’m receiving notifications that I have new photos but there are no new photos showing on my app. I’ve had several notifications of new photos but there’s nothing there.

  Nathan, are your gaps a bunch in blocks or is it every other one? Also remember if you request a video or HD they get moved out of order.

  John u just turned them on and the guy at the store said they would be ready to go I didn’t kno u had to do other stuff

  John, gaps are blocks of 3-4 pictures. No discernible pattern

  I am having same issue started Monday. Come through delayed. Notifications last night won’t show any photos this morning. iPhone

  Having same issue and everyone above. Arrow spins for long time acting like it’s trying to receive photos then stops and nothing. Pictures in portal are numbered and in order. Doesn’t show a gap of missing photos. Less than ideal time for this to be going on.....but I’m sure they will get it fixed soon. :/

  Ben (and everyone else) you should be getting your pictures like normal, that's why there are no large (or any) gaps in the pictures. It's something with the notifications.

  John- that very well could be and hope that is the case! Just weird having camera on food and have deer come in on camera then getting notifications every minute like normal after for awhile but nothing coming thru. Seems to me like it’s missing pictures but hopefully I’m wrong! Thanks for the reply!

  Ben, if the camera was missing sending pics there would be gaps in the sequence from the pictures that the camera took and didn't send and they would be on the SD card.

  Steven what's the time and date of your last status report on the app? It sounds like you need to format the SD card.

  Hi John
  I have 4 cameras and just received an event picture from all 4 at 7am. However I was getting notifications all night long with no pictures. I’ll be at the property later today and change all SD cards

  Make sure they are to spec and that you format them in the camera. You may not need to change them, you might just have to format them. The cards should be 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and full sized cards, not micros in an adapter. What are your camera models?
