Camera not up dating or responding to the Spartan portal on my phone. I just had to replace the SIM card in it with a new one. I have 5 credits available and the camera shows bars for service. The last update showing was last year when I used the camera

  April, are you using the app? Does the camera pass the hello test in the menu under diagnostics? Was the camera recently working and then stopped or are you just getting it back out?
