    That means the camera isn't connecting for some reason. Do you have an active data plan? Is this a new camera or one that was working and then stopped?

    camera was working fine and stopped working for some reason put a brand new SD card the proper one in it and formatted

    Does it time out after a while or say anything else? You can try defaulting the camera in it's menu.

    Ah, the Ghost. It's not accessible on that model. I would try a different SD card and try checking the antenna, remove it and make sure the pin is still there.

    when I unscrew the antenna it has a short wire coming out of white piece approximately 3/16 of an inch long

    I would try a different one just in case, doesn't have to be new just make sure that you format it in the camera. Heck if you have a couple of them give them a try, even if they aren't to spec. It can't hurt anything.

    Gotcha, only thing I can think to try is a manual firmware update. Have you done that before?
