Is the system down?

Had status reports at MN and all were good. Only a couple sent the 8am scheduled daily pics. Nothing before or since on any of the cameras. I asked for a status report on one them that is still pending.

  System is not down. What model camera and where are you getting your data?

  Unless you have a very old 3G camera, there’s seldom a reason to request a state report because the camera sends one every time it contacts the server. It will have to contact the server (at which time it will send a status report) before it sees your request for a status report.
