Verizon go cam not sending pictures

This has been rougly the 3rd to 4th time my cameras have just stopped working in the last month. Im running two gocams and just stop sending pictures out of nowhere. Ive formatted and even pulled the batterys and reset the camera. It fixes it at times. Sometimes it takes a week for the format to go through and then it will start working again. Spartans customer service has been a complete joke. a week turn around on call backs for trouble shooting. Ive had my ghost for going on its second year and its been flawless. These two gocams have me beating my head off the wall. Im in the woods more trying to fix them than if I just went to the old school cameras and one trip a week

What are the camera models and what SD cards do you have in them?

This also happened to me last night with one of my cameras. It has happened a couple times in the past month. Formatting and resetting has fixed it both times

GC-Z4Gb2/GoCam (Verizon 4G)

Barrett, next time it does that you can try just requesting the format from the status report screen on the app rather than going to the camera. It might take until the midnight scheduled status report until the format completes
