How do i add screen shots
You will have to change to desktop view in the settings menu to see the insert image icon if you're using your phone.
I have heard that several people are having this issue with verizon spartan cameras, any idea how to fix? Not taking any photos or anything,
Try logging out and back in to the app. Is this a new camera setup?
I have tried everything and like I said a buddy of mine having same issue
Ryan is this a new camera setup or one that's been working and then stopped? Look at the online portal and see if your pictures are getting there.
I used the camera all of last year and than took it down during the off season. Just put it up last weekend, i dont get any pictures on the app. I did get a status report at midnight I think
Yah last night at midnight it sent a status report and did a settings update
At 6 am cst its supposed to send me a photo and that hasnt happened since I put it out
Is the firmware up to date? Try formatting the SD card too.
