gc-gttb wont do anything. no help from fucking spartan.  I would never paid$400 if I knew they were this much trouble. I don't want to hear about new batteries. I don't want to hear about update. I don't want to hear about plans. I don't want to hear about new sd card. all that has been done. I want my camera to send pics. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!    WILSON WILSON WHERE ARE YOU

  Does the camera find signal when you turn it to setup? Does it pass the hello test in the menu?

  I’m looking at the support tickets in our system and there is a message from you a little while ago (Wednesday evening) that seems to indicate that you said, “William thank you it worked. The support sites say nothing about the apn apnr selection”
  
  This appears to be in response to an email that was sent to you yesterday evening that documented how to update your firmware manually. 
  
  So is your problem fixed or not, because the email was sent yesterday and your message was posted here about 3 hours ago, but your reply appears to be after that.
