    Look at the online portal and see if there are gaps in the picture numbers. Can you post a picture of the status report from the app? You might have to hit settings and change to desktop view to see the insert image icon.

    I've tried everything.  I have to apologize I'm not tech savy.  I tried posting a picture but it won't place on here.  I went to the app and I don't see anything about desktop.

    It's not on the app, it's on your phone browser while you're viewing this page. It's probably 3 lines or 3 dots in the corner somewhere on the screen.
