No pics

I'm really getting discouraged with the camera.  I've gone from getting hundreds of photos with nothing on them to I might get 1 pic of a deer but it is almost completely out of the picture.  I haven't seen a deer on my cam for 2 days and I'm watching them from my window and know they walked right past it.  What is up?

    Look at the online portal and see if there are gaps in the picture numbers. Can you post a picture of the status report from the app? You might have to hit settings and change to desktop view to see the insert image icon.

    I've tried everything.  I have to apologize I'm not tech savy.  I tried posting a picture but it won't place on here.  I went to the app and I don't see anything about desktop.

    It's not on the app, it's on your phone browser while you're viewing this page. It's probably 3 lines or 3 dots in the corner somewhere on the screen.

    Did you get a picture today at 5am or do you have a scheduled status report set up for that time?
