The screen is supposed to go blank when you switch it to on, then the green light will blink while it's arming itself. Have you left it turned on for a few minutes to see if it's working?

Yes it’s been on for about 30 minutes and I’ve walked in front of it and will not send pictures

Greg, can you start a new topic so we don't get things confused please. If you can please post a screen shot of the status report from the app for the cameras. You may have to click the menu on your phones browser and switch to desktop view to see the insert image icon.

What is the time and date of the most recent status report? Can you post a screen shot of that?

Is this a new camera set up or one that was working and then stopped?

The screen is not supposed to be on or any of the button functions work when the switch is in the on position, that is correct.

You have to change your phones browser to desktop view to see the insert image icon. What is the camera model, where did you  purchase the data from?

Honestly don’t know the exact model but it is a 3g model and I purchased the data through the Spartan app

Turn the camera to setup and when it finds signal press the OK button to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture. Watch what it says on the screen.

No I had a new card sent to me. I just set it up today. Now when I push ok to take a pic and ok again to send it it doesn’t say anything.

Did you get the activation email as well as the receipt email? I'm assuming you got the SIM from Spartan?
Go into the cameras menu and default the camera. You can also go into the menu and to diagnostics and do the hello test.

Is your SD card 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card ( not a micro in an adapter)? Make sure you format it in the camera too.

There's a bunch more stuff we can try, there's no reason it shouldn't work. Did you try the hello test? Also double check that SD card, class 10 4gb are very rare.
