Camera quit sending status reports, pictures and scheduled pics

I have a Verizon GC-VZWb that has work great.  Yesterday quit sending pics, and status reports.  Have a full battery.  In the past it has been a SD card issue and I was able to send a format command to the camera and at the next activity the camera would come right back up and start taking pictures again.  In the status report section of the portal, format card is not available on this particular camera.

Any suggestions,  It has a 16GB class 10 card in it.  

I have plenty of premium credits.

  Do you have access to the camera where you can do a format through the cameras menu? Did it send a status report at midnight?

  The format command is not available in the app for that model camera, which is a 3G camera. The format command is  available on all 4G cameras except the V4Gb/i, but not on any 3G models. 

  If it’s the SD card, you’ll have to format it through the camera menu like Johnny said.
