Warranty Registeration

I feel like I have posted this question before without any luck finding an answer. I have multiple cameras that I bought directly from spartan camera. I register each one upon receiving them online to provide the proof of purchase. I am sending one in for warranty repairs and am trying to pinpoint the date of purchase. I have several cameras of the same model and looking at my past orders doesn't really help me determine which exact camera was purchased when. I need a serial or IMEI purchase date. I thought registering the cameras online with spartan would help in this process but I cannot find anywhere online that lists my registered cameras. Why register them if I or spartan cant use this information later? What am I missing here?

  That’s a great question, but you’ll want to ask tech support since they have access to the records and the two of us monitoring here don’t. Tech support should be able to tell when you added that IMEI to your account.
