Not getting pictures since getting a new phone

I just switched from an android to an iPhone. I set up the app and logged into my account and have never gotten a video or picture since. Does anyone know why or how to make this work? Thanks

  Try logging out and back in, do the cameras show on the app? Are you getting any status reports?
