    Look at the online portal (my.spartancamera.com) and see if there are gaps in the picture numbers. Is your time zone set in the camera settings on the app?

    Hi John, thank you for taking the time to respond, yes the time zone is set properly,  and  i just checked and there ARE gaps in picture numbers...what does this mean?

    It could be signal related, could be a dirty SIM card or possible SD card problem. Is the cameras firmware up to date? What is the camera model?

    It looks like there is a newer firmware available for that camera. Your app on the status report should be showing the orange update button.

    To add to what Johnny said, the current firmware was release in November 2019 to address network connection issues. That may be causing the problems so that’s definitely the first thing you want to try. If that doesn’t fix the problem, then it’s time to look at some of the other possible causes.
