Intermittent contact - spartan go cam
Getting sporadic & inconsistent status reports, my 6 month old verizon go cam has been great working fine for 4 months then over last 2 months it only communicates once in a while, it will go 3 - 4 days sending normal data and 5 bars p5 battery power, camera is set to send a photo everyday at 12 noon, goes offline for 3-5 days then back to sending status and photos for 3-4 days but inconsistently no pattern..only a mile from cell tower with new lithium batteries always getting 5 bars and full power.
its set up for security and nothing in the way to create motion unless a large animal or person moves near it never had a problem with it communicating with motion or interval settings.
i wonder if its somehow dropping the signal or an internal circuitry problem, any kind of help with this would be great i think this camera is great quality , but i guess i will have to buy another one to see if its a local signal drop...any ideas?

To add to what Johnny said, the current firmware was release in November 2019 to address network connection issues. That may be causing the problems so that’s definitely the first thing you want to try. If that doesn’t fix the problem, then it’s time to look at some of the other possible causes.
