  Is it not taking them, taking them but not sending them (there are pics on the SD card), or sending them to the portal (my.spartancamera.com, Camera Management) but they aren’t getting to your phone? 

  Is this a new camera or one that’s been working? Can you post a screen shot of the status report from the app, including the battery/signal indicator at the top all the way down through the SD card info.
