Registration Failed

I have a new AT&T Spartan GoCam and I am trying to get it set up. The camera came with a AT&T SIM card that I purchased a data plan for; I received a confirmation email that the data plan was activated. I then put the SIM card into the camera and now when I try to register the camera it says registration failed. The camera does pass the hello test.

  What SD card are you using? If the camera passes the Hello test, it has a data connection. 
  
  I want to confirm that you purchased your data from Spartan, not from AT&T.
