I wanted to drop a note to let someone know what an outstanding job Charlene W. did in helping me resolve issues I had setting up a couple of my cameras. I have dealt with a couple other techs who did a good job but I still had issues (my fault not theirs). Charlene wiped the table clean and started from square one with me, explaining what and why we were doing what we did. My understanding of how things work is much better now and I believe I can resolve any future issues I may have on my own. I just recommended your products to a friend who happened to call as I was headed up from hanging my camera. Told him Spartan was the only wat to go.
