Camera issue

All of my cameras won’t pick up signal. Instead in the top right corner where my AT&T bars usually are it shows a bunch of numbers. They went from all 3 working one day to none of them working. Any ideas what this could be?

  In the cameras’ fourth menu tab, check to be sure that Send is instand, not off.
