Pictures stop sending to phone about 9/27/20 going in to the android app and request status and all I get is 909 access denied. Can someone please tell me what the hell this is about?

  What is the camera model and are the pictures getting to the online portal?

  Pictures are not getting to the online portal. The camreas models are GC-U4Gb2-8
