False triggers

  I think that squirrel probably triggered the camera. Sometimes if you request the video you'll see squirrels or birds flashing through that you don't notice in the still photos.

  One of my cameras triggers every time the interval is reached. No matter if it’s 0-60 minutes. You can count it down to the seconds. Nothing in front to trigger it.

  Ants or a bad PIR sensor. You can test the PIR sensor by putting the camera in a drawer or closet where there's no chance of movement. If it's the PIR sensor, you need to get in touch with support, support@spartancamera.com or 770-582-0004 8:30 am - 6:30 pm Eastern M-F.
