    I’ve checked several of my videos after someone else mentioned this and mine have audio. Have you checked the portal to see if the videos have audio on the portal? (my.spartancamera.com, Camera Management)

    New update downloads pictures much faster than the old one. We camera test team members have to uninstall and reinstall the app a zillion times during testing and I have always dreaded that because sometimes it has taken several hours to download 50 pics each from my 30+ cameras. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this update bunches and no longer dread the process because downloads are so quick.
