Camera keeps rebooting while in "Setup"

I'm trying to send a test picture while in "Setup", but the camera keeps rebooting (Goes black, goes to Spartan startup screen, goes to "Searching for network", then goes black again and starts over).

The camera is plugged into an external power source (6V battery charged by solar panel). I've checked connectivity on both ends, and there's no loose wire. The antenna is securely connected. Data plan is active through Spartan ATT data plans.

When I test this camera indoors a couple weeks ago, there was no problem booting up. It's only now that I'm trying to install it in the field.

Also, when the camera is closed, there's a green light flashing on the front. At one point, it did briefly make it to the screen where I can see the camera view ("searching for network..."), and it showed full battery.

I would check that battery with a meter, it's sounds like it might be a little low

Yes, it looks like the battery was the problem. We put some AAs in instead and it started working perfectly. Thank you!

Glad that's all it was. What type of solar panel are you using?
