Camera not working/won’t load setup menu
My camera just stopped sending pics a couple of nights ago. Went to check it and it said “no SD card”. So i swapped to a new sd card and it still wouldn’t work and started saying “no SIM card” when there’s clearly a perfectly good SIM card and SD card. Now it won’t even load up the setup screen. It’s just showing the spartan logo and won’t load.
Haven’t had these cameras for a few months and i know I’ll never get anyone to help if i call the support number

What kind of batteries are in the camera?
That SIM message just means that the camera doesn’t have a data connection. Could be the SD card (sometimes you have to try a couple, and format them in the camera), could be the SIM (you can clean the contacts on the SIM by rubbing with a pencil eraser or against your jeans, blow out the SIM slot gently), may be a damaged antenna (less likely).
Can you please post a screen shot of the status report from the app, from the battery/signal indicators at the top all the way down through the SD card info? If you’re using a phone, you’ll need to switch to the desktop version of the site in your browser.
