IR Flash Not Working

Bought New GoCam Att from Dealer on Amazon .. Worked Great for 2 weeks then the night pictures went black ... Day pics great .. I've done alot of searching and added new lithium batteries.. Formatted sd card and uploaded latest firmware ... I have tried low flash and high flash setting.. Camera is 3 hours away on hunting land ... Went down and double checked everything and turned off an on again ... bad timing as right now is when I needed it. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.. I'm thankful im at least getting daytime pics .. I like the camera and the app. Thx

  Sounds like you've tried everything I would suggest. Probably going to have to get in touch with tech and get an RMA to send the camera back. You can try defaulting the camera in it's menu but the firmware update should have been like a default.

  Yes sir ...i kinda figure that's what it might come down to ... Just started hunting here in Ohio so if I sent it back I would have to buy another one to use now. Not good.
