Night photos are dark

Cannot see the night photos.  Appears the infrared photos are not working.  You can make out the silhouette of the feeder but that's it.  I have put 2 sets of new energizer batteries with no fix.

  You can try defaulting the camera in it's menu and updating the firmware. Never hurts to try a different SD card too.
