Updated Delivery options to send status reports to my email but it does not work.

Event 1 is scheduled to send status report at midnight

The only place to view a status report is in command history after requesting it.

I want an email with status report.

Looks like a bug in system for the GoLive camera.

    You can view status reports on the app, the camera also sends a report to the app after every picture/video. Did you click the update button after entering your email address?

    I just set mine up to email scheduled status reports, we'll see what happens at noon.

    It may be a glitch with the email, a few of us are testing it right now. The status report on the app is updating with new reports for you correct?

    I did not get my noon status report emailed to me from the GoLive, I will post more once we get some info about it.

    I got email status reports for an ATTb but not for either GoLive.

    The bug has been reported to the development team. As soon as they have something for us on it we’ll let everyone know. Thanks for reporting the issue.

    What's the status of no emailed status reports?

    Am I the only one with a GoLive camera thats not getting status reports emailed to me?

    No change since Ross posted. You'll know it's fixed when you start getting reports. We don't have any way of knowing where it is in the development queue. I have a couple of mine set to send via email so I'll know when it's been fixed, too.
