Need a little more info Brian. Is it a new camera or one that was working and then stopped? Are you getting status reports? What's the battery power look like? What is your camera model?

It is a new camera I set it up today and it worked. But cannot get a status report to work now and no pictures.

Is the camera out or do you have it? The camera won't send any requests until it checks in sending a picture or status report.

It is out. It sent me 2 pictures while putting it out and did perform a status report. It will not respond to anything now. And should definitely have seen a squirrel or deer since it got put out

John this is the 3rd post today about new camera's not sending data all the time.  Could it be a bad batch of camera's were sent out?

Tyler I don't think so, they all aren't the same model camera so they would be from different batches.

Brian, can you post a screen shot of your status report?

How do I do that... I know how to screen shot but getting it into this text box is what I’m unsure about

If on your phone hit the settings option and there should be drop down menu with a desktop site box. Check that off and then you should have the option to insert an image into the reply box.
