Cam not working

GC-u4gb2. Started having problems with my cam not sending pics or status updates, went to the cam replaced batteries, did a hello test, and received pics to my app of myself. Never received another picture of status update for 2 days, went back to the cam today replaced SD card (yes formatted it) all test checked out, received pics of myself again. And yet again camera is acting dead. No status reports or pics since... cam is running at 5.7 volts. I have no problem with it connecting to 4G and the camera shows full service when I’m at it.

  Kyle, is the firmware up to date on the camera? Are the SD cards that you're using 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card, not a micro in an adapter?

  Yep, according to this website no new firmware for my cam is out, SD card is also correct, switched to a new one formatted that one also and same issue.

  Can you post a screen shot of the status report from the app? Make sure it includes everything from the top to the SD card info on the bottom please.
