Camera stopped sending pics

Was sending pics fine but all of the sudden quit sending them. Batteries still showed good but wasn't getting anything. Replaced new batteries and card and still the same.

  Jason what is your camera model, where are you getting your data from and are you still getting status reports?

  Are the reports just at midnight or random times throughout the day? If they are random I would try formatting or replacing the SD card. If you format through the status report screen on the app you should get a picture with an F on the bottom of it after the format successfully completes.

  Seemed like pics stopped coming before batteries should have died in my mind going by how long they have been lasting. I replaced batteries and card with new hoping that would fix problem, but nothing. I got on the app and tried to format card and do firmware update, but don't think I've received anything since then

  If your firmware needs to be updated that might be the issue, you may have to try and do it manually. Did you try to send a picture manually from the camera?
