What does Premium Credit get you ?

I am debating on going with the 250mb for 11.99 so I can just turn off in 2 months . Am I correct that the 11.99 does not get you premium credits ? What does the premium credits get you ? I have 2 other cameras running in which I started them on the 1 gb for 3 months 35.99 that includes premium credits. Also for some reason I have some premium credits out there in my account could I use them with the 250 mb for 11.99 and get the same functionally ?

  Spartan Data includes premium credits. Premium credits allow you access to the spartan app. Users who buy their data from Verizon, AT&T etc need to purchase premium credits. Spartan data users do not.
