Spartan Gocam not sending pictures

I bought 4 gocams

3 are working

the 4th is not

 

16gb formatted card

firmware is up to date 

it is set up just like the other 3 

 

I tried everything - does not take / send pics

tried to take manual pic / send - says FAILED

 

called verizon to reset - it didn't help 

can't get through on phone with Spartan due to Corona Virus (called and left messages a few times)

emailed Spartan (today/ Saturday

thought I would try this too

he is hoping I get this one fixed and send it to him

  Does it pass the Hello test? Camera on the network, press the Menu button, scroll to fourth menu tab, scroll down to Diagnostic, Hello test.
