No Response from Customer Service
I have a year old Ghost cam (along with 8 others) and it quit working. I emailed customer service with the camera ID, etc. Have yet to hear back. Can someone please reach out. jarett@paradisemarine.com. Thank you.

I changed the batteries yesterday and put a new antenna on, it said I received notifications so I didn’t check my phone until I got home and noticed I didn’t receive any pictures. I Formatted the and card which usually fixes it, but nothing on this one. I emailed customer service this morning and have yet to hear back which is weird, hopefully we all hear something soon.

Pleast start your own post because the problems may be different and we don’t need to be getting your troubleshooting mixed up with Jarett’s.
This is the busiest time of the year and sometimes it takes a couple of days for support to get back to you.
Please post a screen shot of the status report from the app in your new post. If posting from your phone, you’ll have to choose the desktop version of the web site in order to be able to post a photo.

Please post a screen shot of the status report from the app. You may need to switch to the desktop version of the web site in order to be able to post the picture. We need to see all the way from the signal/battery indicators down through the SD card info so it may take two screen shots.

Jarrett, did you try a different SD card? I have seen ones that have gone bad keep the camera from turning on. Does the green light on the front blink? Also depending on how long the batteries have been dead you might need to give the internal lithium battery a little bit of time to charge back up, did you leave batteries in the camera?
