Not Recieving pictures

Hi, I changed my batteries yesterday and put on a new antenna, it said I had some notifications immediately after but has yet to send me pictures. I formatted the sd card, not sure what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Please post a screen shot of the status report page from the app. You may need to switch to the desktop view of the site to be able to do that.

  I switched to the desktop view of the site and it’s not letting me post a picture, it said I did earlier with my ticket but I guess it didn’t go through. Can I email a picture or is there another way to do it? Normally they just log into my camera
