Can you post a screen shot of the status report from the app, including the battery/signal indicators down through the SD card info?

Any chance you can post from the app rather than the portal?

Did you get a picture at 4:37 yesterday afternoon? That was the last time the camera contacted the server. It should have touched base just after midnight today and it didn’t so that’s not good news. Is this on a Spartan data plan? Is there any chance that the antenna could have gotten damaged (animal, branch) or the camera could have been tampered with?

I did get a picture around that time yesterday (10/19).  Looks like the camera timestamped it at 4:33.

You can see the day before (10/18) I changed the times of the scheduled photos - because it is getting darker earlier.

Looks like that took almost 24hrs to take affect?

Yesterday, based on the 4:33 photo I requested the associated video....which looks like it executed.....but I have never received to the app.

Tonight I asked for a Status and made a minor change to Settings to see if I can kickstart communications.

I do get data from Spartan and attached most recent receipt.

Chance of damage/tampering is highly unlikely given location although anything is possible.

Max, can you start a new thread and we'll get to helping you, don't want to get the issues mixed up, it can get confusing. If you could post a screen shot of your last status report that would be great too.

Bradley, did your camera check in with a midnight status report or any communication since yesterday?

Unfortunately, John, no check-in from this camera.
The other 7 all sent a Status Report this morning.
Of all the weeks in the year, based in what I bought these for, the timing couldn't be worse.
Not sure what else can be done remotely but I won't be able to physically check it for 3 weeks.

There’s seldom a reason to request a status report because the camera sends one every time it contacts the server. Hopefully your camera will come back up.

what kind of batteries are you using? Do you have any night pics with anything other than P5 on the info strip?

Batteries are all Energizer Lithiums, replace 10/11 in all cams. Last night photo I received was 10/16 and that shows P5.
In a last ditch effort, I cancelled last two requests, checked all setting and made a minor time tweak, then attempted to update again. Will give it 24hrs before considering it dead.

This is a possibility, not a probability. I had a couple of cameras going up and down at random and solved the problem by replacing SIMs in them. If yours comes back up on its own, I would consider that.

How would a guy go about getting a new SIM?

If you're using a Spartan data plan, you'll need to contact sales, 770-582-0004 or sales@spartancamera.com. Then when you get the SIM, you'll need to get in touch with support and have them swap out the ICCID that's on the data plan for the ICCID on the new SIM.

Good news is, camera started talking again.

Bad news, maybe it is the SIM.  Will look into changing that.

Look at the online portal and see if there's any gaps in the picture number sequence.
