Camera not sending pictures and the setup screen is blank not work. Can anyone help, emailing support and calling has not helped at all since they will not respond.

  First thing to do is to try a different SD card. (Support will get back in touch. It’s not a matter of “they will not respond”, it’s that there are lots of class and emails but they will get back to you.)
