Is there a way to have a camera "sleep" and stop operating for an hour?  I have cows in the area I hunt.

  Yes, when do you want it not working? You can use start/stop times.

  I don't really want to schedule a time, I just start seeing cows pictures coming over and want to snooze it for a couple of hours until they move on.  I'm guessing that's not possible.

  If you see them you could change your delay to 30 or 60 minutes maybe. Then change it back later.
