Camera working and taking pictures, but not sending to the app.

    You got the new SIM card from Verizon and they swapped the IMEI number from the camera?

    Yes, they activated it and we tried connecting the camera to the service and nothing happened. They had me reset factory settings to default as well and nothing worked and they exhausted all troubleshootings and options on their end. They recommended getting in touch with spartan and thats where im at.

    I don't know if it will allow you but try going into the menu and to diagnostics and see if the camera will pass the hello test.

    It says system busy when i try hello test, and also i just grabbed my second camera thats the older 3g model and it also is doing the same thing, taking videos just not sending, can i have your number or someones to talk to someone, im extremely frusterated with these issues and right now is when i use these cameras the most.

    Im mistaken, its just the 4g camera, the 3g is working properly

    Best thing to do is call the main number or email support@spartancamera.com and leave a message. I do support remotely and don't have access to everything they do.
