Cloudy photos

One of my cameras started sending really cloudy photos almost like it’s foggy. Anyone know what could cause this? It’s not actually foggy, the other cameras are sending clear pictures.

  Does it clear up during the day? Sometimes this time of year with the cooler night temps or even frost and the warmer day temps you get condensation on the lens. Some cams may get it and others may not depending on location and the way they are facing.

  It just started yesterday, I’ll see if it clears up today.

  Hi,

  I included the picture above and I have the same trouble with cloudy pictures

  Sometimes they come through fine and then I get a stream of cloudy pictures

  The time of day or night doesn't matter, I've had cloudy pictures during the day too

  The weather the past weeks have been dry and nice yet I'm still getting some cloudy pictures

  I cleaned the lens with a dry clean clothe but that didn't help

  I sent and email to support and will let you all know if support helped me
