I have a several spartan cameras. Can you tell by the meid # A000004F99BF5B if its a usable cellular camera? Thanks, Mike4

  I can't tell by that but the model number should be on the app or the sticker on the camera. All the models are still usable, the only thing you will have a problem with is if it's a 3g Verizon that doesn't have an active plan.
