    John,

Do you think I need to replace the batteries too with the new ones I just bought or would the old ones be good for a few more days ?

That card should work, it's probably way overkill but should do the job. I would keep the packaging just in case though. I also would change the batteries. If it's been trying to send and having problems they could be low.

    John,

I changed the card and batteries.

I formatted the formatted the camera within the inside of the camera using the menu from the instructions emailed by support.

Now I'm at my computer and I can see the battery power is at full strength from the website.

The camera has been pointed at me for about ten minutes and I've been moving around and it's not sending any pictures.

Do you know why it's not sending pictures ?

    Also,

When I clicked the button to format the SD card in the camera, the format time seemed to take maybe 30 seconds at the longest.

Is that the normal time wait in formatting the SD card ?

I figured it might not have formatted correctly so I set it to format again from inside the website here.

Tim, turn the camera off and then back to setup, when it finds signal press the OK button to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture. Watch what happens and what it says on the screen.

You can also default the camera in it's menu.

    Hi John,

The camera is working again so I took it back out to the tree stand.

It sent a few pictures and they're still cloudy.

Not as cloudy as before but definitely not clear like most of the earlier pictures.

I'm wondering if you could log into my account to see for your self.

I sent you the password a few days ago and it's still the same.

    I'm sorry for bothering again.

I might have emailed it to support instead because I remember submitting a question to them when I first got the camera.

I'm assuming you're a support person too working for the Spartan Company right ?

If you are a support person, could you look into my account ?

I figured out my issue, I didn’t put the rubber gasket on the antenna. Guess I should read the instructions next time. Thanks guys for your help!
