Cameras not sending OR taking photos

I have 5 cameras that had been working fine since August. Changed the batteries on most of them and put them back out, and nothing. It is now the rut,, and I have 5 cameras with 2 working sparingly. I have purchased additional credits. Seems like when I ran out and added them, it never got some cameras back up and running. Rut is going here and I have put Reconyx cameras on Spartan locations. 1000 plus photos in a week to 0 on Spartan,, or if any , very limited due to slow trigger speed. Rut is running out and my 2000 investment in your cameras are not helping at all. Very disappointing!

    Adam, are you getting status reports from those cameras? Where are you getting your data from and what are the camera models.

    Verizon is data. They were working great before I changed batteries.

    Are they sending status reports? What is the camera model? Are the cameras firmware up to date?

    Camera models are 4 go cams and 1 ghost cam.

    You can post them here if you'd like. Just hit the settings bar and change to desktop view and the insert image icon should appear.

    I’m having the same problem I put new battries in camera and bought credits still not taking pictures but I have got a statues report when I put new batteries in the camera

    Julia, try formatting your SD card. If that doesn't work can you start a new topic and post a picture of your status report please.
