Camera not sending photos

Hello I have the gc-z4Gb camera with Verizon service and my camera has stopped working I installed new batteries twice and have tried 2 new cards one card with the micro card and now I have installed a new one without the micro it is 32 -10 it passed hello test and tried to manually send it says it sent but hasn't showed up in email or on premium I am stumped

    The micro card almost definitely will give you problems. If it's saying sent then the camera is probably doing it's part. Make sure in the camera settings that the camera is set to instant and premium, Not auto.

    I have done away with the micro card and have a full card in place and settings are set to instant and premium but it still will not send a pic

    And I checked the log it says access denied

    Look at the online portal and see if the pictures are getting there (my.spartancamera.com)

    Ok, if they are there then the camera is working fine and it's something with your app. Try logging out and back in. Also in the app settings make sure that auto download is turned on and download only when on wifi is turned off.
