Camera was full of water and now will not send pictures

Please respond - new camera... pictures were sending great.  Then they began to get doggie.. put it in bag of rice - dried camera out.  Then used new memory card new batteries and started again.  Now it will not send test picture or pictures to my phone ... please help

  Tracy, did you ever get feedback on this or get help from Spartan fixing?  Have the same issue
