What does it mean when instead of your picture downloading you get a generic pic of a laptop and a phone with a padlock in it? Camera is taking pictures, I was sitting in blind watching deer and it was sending them but that is what it delivered instead of actual photo. We have had camera for 3 years and no problems

  It means you have encryption on for that camera. In the app, go to settings for that camera. Under wireless settings you will see encryption. Turn it off.

  It could take a couple pictures before you see the change take effect.

  Thank you that was the problem. Not sure how the settings got changed but I got them switched back. 😊
