Camera not working

Camera was taking pictures up until a few days ago. Nothing was touched or changed, so we changed the batteries thinking this was the issue but doesn’t seem like it was. No photos being taken Including scheduled photos

Please post a screen shot from the app that shows from th3 battery/signal icons down through th3 SD card info. It may take two screen shots. You will need to switch to the desktop site to be able to post pic# fro: a phone.

Yes I’m getting status reports, but not getting the scheduled pictures or any others.

There is definitely a problem with your SD card. There's no way the card is 63 MB. It's several GB. You can try formatting it from the app.

Your batteries are also low.

I formatted the SD card through the app but it didn’t change. Still says 63Mb which I know isn’t right. It’s the same SD card that’s been it in without any issues.

The command history shows the format complete? If so, try one more time but I’d replace the card. SD cards work until they don’t and that one is screwed up.
