Pic distance

I’m not getting any pics more than 20-25 feet and that’s of me. Any suggestions of what I can do to lengthen that distance?

hit the settings bars or dots on your phone and change to desktop view to see the insert image icon.

I’m on high sensitivity right now. And I’m still trying to figure out how to add a pic here. I’m on site not the app

Sensitivity should be normal under most circumstances. High often reduces sensitivity.

You will need to save the photo to your phone. It will be in Photos or Gallery.

This is my buddy walking back and forth slowly gradually getting closer. Here he is about 20 feet. The far end of field in pic is about 25 yards. This is the farthest pic we can get

I would set the sensitivity to normal for starters, if you are trying to reach out further across the plot I would angle the camera up a little bit too. What batteries are you using in the camera? They look like they might be low which won't help.

This is the new ghost with enclosed battery pack and I have new lithium AA’s installed as well. I have 15w solar panel attached as well.

I’ll be going back down to the farm Friday. Should I lower camera (it’s head high now) and aim straight out or raise it and aim down just a smidge? I have a swivel camera mount coming. I’ve already talked to Adam at Spartan today.

I like to set my cameras knee to waist high and adjust the angle from there

Here are some pictures from one of my Ghosts. It's mounted pretty close to the ground because the tree is on a hill and it's aimed down. That's a decent-sized pear tree.

Yes, which means you should be able to get results like these when you find the "sweet spot" for camera position. I was just describing what I had to do to make this work because typical positioning (2-4', level) doesn't work here. Most of my level cameras are 2-3' off the ground.

Backdrop affects night illumination (the night pics of animals at this location, in the distance, are not good) but not detection so much. Your night picture quality will be much higher. You have a nice set. You might rotate the camera just a hair left so that the food plot runs slightly more diagonal from middle right to lower left.
