Not receiving photos today, received status report from both ca.eras. I did receive two messages. No. 1- getnotifications: No value for profile. No.2-log message, call API (e3) Error: unable to resolve host "my.spartancamera.com" No address associated with host name. HELP PLEASE

  What time are the status reports and where are you getting your data from, the carrier directly or through Spartan?
