Camera not sending pictures any longer

Seems like many are having the same issue that I am. The camera was working great until yesterday afternoon and since then I haven't received any photos. I went to the camera and shut it off and back on but no photos since. It is strange as it was working great and then it just stopped sending pictures. I've tried to get a status of the camera but they never go through. the pictures aren't in the my.spartancamera.com website either. 

Need some guidance on how best to fix this problem. This camera came highly recommended from a friend but this is leaving me a bit skeptical, especially when I see so many others having the same issue.

  What is the time and date of your last status report? What is the camera model and are you getting your data through Spartan or the carrier directly?
