Purchased a prepaid plan with ATT. Turned camera to setup and it cannot find signal.

  The SIM cards that come in the camera have to have the data purchased through Spartan. Unless you got a different SIM card that's probably the problem.

  Go to My.spartancamera.com and log in and you can purchase it there. Depending on your app version you also may be able to get it through the app. You will need to cancel the other plan first.

  The problem is my cell phone is supplied by the company I work for,  therefore I don't have a verizon or ATT account.  I cannot figure out how to activate this camera not having a cell phone account.

  OK I will try to cancel the plan and order an ATT sim card for this camera from Spartan.

  You do not need a cell phone account for activation, that won't be a problem.

  I have not been able to register this camera.  They don't even know that I bought it.

  You need to get the data first. Did the camera come with the SIM card?

  Here is the link to purchase AT&T data plans from Spartan. This is for the SIMs that come with the cameras.

  You will have to cancel the plan you bought first, though, or nothing will work.
