I have been encountering having problems in SIM cards. We use spartan model (GC-E4Gb and GC-EUxb) but both have same sim detected issues. SIM was activated when adjusting the setting of the camera and alerts were sent to the mobile portal instantly as long as sim was activated but it immediately stopped sending new status or alerts three days or one week after installation. When we retrieved and checked the cameras, it showed "no SIM found" in the camera' menu screen. We put the sim back from the sim slot of the camera and tried to put it in again until it worked. However, sim was inactivated one week later. Any suggestions how to fix it.
